IT for logistics providers: the logineer launch

q.beyond logineer GmbH, a new subsidiary of q.beyond AG, now offers logistics companies, especially those in air and sea freight, digital workplaces worldwide at a transparent price. The new logineer brand brings together the logistics expertise of q.beyond and covers the entire value chain of international logistics.

CargoWise and SAP Consulting, Cloud operation and 24/7 Helpdesk

At the centre of logineer's range of services are fully equipped digital workplaces including CargoWise, SAP Finance, desktop applications, hardware, infrastructure services, internet connectivity and cyber security solutions. The core of this is the transport management system (TMS) used in each case as the central instrument of digital value creation in logistics.

logineer’s Managing Director Torsten Beyer explains: “We make our customers faster, more efficient and more competitive! Digital workplaces are the key to success in 21st century logistics.”

The logineer team covers the entire range of services of an IT service provider for the logistics industry and also draws on the established cloud, SAP and SaaS expertise of the parent company q.beyond. A total of around 150 experts are ready to set up and operate digital workplaces, modern transport management systems (TMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS) on all continents.

Digitalisation reduces costs sustainably

This offering is particularly interesting for cross-border forwarders in sea and air freight. With logineer, not only can they network their offices, but also warehouses and even individual forklift trucks. With a fully digitalised supply chain, they inform their customers in real time, whilst at the same time optimising their transport routes and thus reduce their costs sustainably.

logineer’s services are offered at transparent prices. Additional solutions can be added to the basic package as desired. Pay-per-Use models make it possible for smaller and medium-sized industry representatives to enter into a contemporary and flexible IT.

logineer’s Managing Director Pascal Eggert says: “The cumulative IT and logistics know-how gives logineer a unique position in the market right from the start. We know the requirements of freight forwarders just as well as those of an IT company and equip them according to the highest security standards.”
